When you love, really love from the heart, from the soul. Then you know who you are, then you know love is all that matters. Love is the essence. Love is the root, love is the sunshine, love is the kiss of fertility that flowers deep within and sprouts the seeds of compassion which flow on the light of the words you speak. A simple: you are my friend, you are my sister, we are One.
Love is the plan, no matter what challenges and role you have been given. No matter how many times you meet the freight train of hate coming to run you over. It doesn’t matter. You will remember that you are all forgiving. You will know that you are eternal in the light of the One. You will listen to the voice of truth connected in your heart center. I AM THAT I AM.
Radiate the crystalline love of Mother Gaia blooming into the higher realms. We have come into this life to rise up in the light of the love we are. We are One. We are all Glorious in the knowing that we are an indivisible part, an integral part of the Godhead.
Fear has been used to enslave us in patterns that locked us into denying the truth of our being. At some point we allowed those who we thought had more power than us to be the masters, the overlords of our Garden. We let ourselves be conned into thinking that rising up into the realms of higher consciousness was dangerous. We allowed ourselves to be manipulated & deceived. We used to be in the 5th dimension, and it was a joyful, playful place of knowing who we are. We allowed ourselves to be genetically engineered from 12 strands of DNA to 2. We allowed the portals and gateways of Mother Gaia to be sealed off. We allowed ourselves to put filters on our heart center. Now it has changed. The chains have come off. The light is dominant.
We have learned our lessons. We have played out the duality to its most extreme levels of density. Now all it takes is our intent to rise up. No matter where you have been and what you have done in this life; ascension is available to you now. Yes, we all have negative programming. Our minds have been controlled to think that we needed to be a certain way & live by certain rules to survive. Why? We are All That Is. Each one of us sprang from the light of love: the divine conscious, the knowing that each one of us is of the essence of love, we witness the love we are in each other and everything.
Be brave dear heart, most beloved brother and sister. Now is the time to cast off the chains of the lies that don’t resonate with the light of love that you are. Every time we take out a negative program we take back a chunk of the love we are. We are all divine creators. When we allow ourselves to own our creations we also own that we have created the solution to any challenges or problems that we have created for ourselves.
When we allow ourselves to rise through the portal that connects us to the central sun, we are One at the center of creation in our galaxy, we step into the light and love of Christ Consciousness. Here is our place of communion, our place of being, of knowing that we collectively created the hologram of the material plane of planet earth. Let us forgive ourselves for going for the illusion of separation from creator-source and all of the pain, misery, & suffering it has caused us.
It is time for us to come together and rise up by going to this place of communion together. Bless Mother Gaia, bless each and every one of us for engaging our ascension process. In the light of love we are One, victorious and glorious for all eternity.

Rising On Up, The Path to Ascension
Where are we now on the path to ascension? I’ve asked myself this question and it comes back to how I interact with the hologram every day. How much am I am able to raise the level of light and love in every moment of every day? This is the question I keep on coming back to. I know that raising the level of consciousness on the planet is the main reason why any of us light workers are here.
Love is the most potent and all pervading tool we have to make sure that we and Mother Gaia evolve back into the 5th dimension. We are in crunch time, as I like to call it. But instead of it being something stressful I am finding it be very reassuring that we have come this far and that if anything it is getting easier, because we are entraining more and more everyday with these very potent higher frequencies of love & light. Everytime we go through a portal, such as the Venus Transit we strengthen the bond between all hearts on this planet. When we do this the darkness looses more of its power to magnetize us with fear and any of the other lower vibrations.
We are rising up and although we still see the manifestations of the Dark Cabal’s control we can also feel that a major shift is occurring right now. How the effects of this shift will manifest in our physical third dimenion in the very near future is anybody’s guess. We can read various reports saying the green light has been given and that the hauling off to jail of the crooks it will happen by this coming Wednesday, which is the 4th of July. But if it doesn’t almost all of the channels and whistle blowers say the outing of the dark cabal and the end of the old fiat financial system is a done deal. Indeed the galactics are scheduled to come in before the end of the year and help us to clean up the earth & anchor the frequencies we are aspiring to for Mother Gaia’s and our ascension.
Think of how many lifetimes and how many sacrifices we have made. Think of how many times we have been murdered or tortured for our beliefs. Now is payoff time. There really is no logical way for us to comprehend just how grand ascension is. It will be as if we are already home, already gone to heaven, while still in our bodies. Just imagine the potency and sheer grace and wonder of the love that we are all of the time on the other side of this veil. Well we are taking the veil down. Then we will have the open and fully conscious connection with who we are and why we are here.
I celebrate you and all of us for being here at this time of rising up and bringing the game of duality to completion. It has been a long and very enlightening journey. You can be assured that the best is yet to come and that it will exceed any expectations of what you think it will be like.

A Few Things About Meditation
We are all inter-dimensional beings. We have many different aspects of the One we all are within the 4 bodies of our being. When we allow ourselves to consciously breathe into our heart centers and let go, we make the bridge into the higher dimensions. This is the place of union, communion, oneness and knowing who we really are.
When we meditate we can open up this conduit to the higher energies by calling in the angels and ascended masters as well as our I AM Presence. We can ask for removal and transmutation of any and all of the lower vibrations into the highest frequencies of love & light, so we can raise the level of consciousness of the All That Is.
We are in a time of bringing in the light on this planet in a rapid progression of making the bridges into the higher dimensions. How easy of a transition this will be is up to us. We are all in the driver’s seat. We may not think that every thought, word, & deed affects the collective reality of what will manifest, but it does.
Beings, who are conscious, can raise the level of love & light to a grand, exponential level. The light is so much more dominant now in this year of 2012. The gifts that we have brought to this life with us are coming into play right now. It is with our imagination and our intuitive skills that we can call into being what we desire to create in this new earth that we are collectively & consciously creating.
The basis of meditation is letting go to a zero point. This is the place where we can bring in the Oneness of who we are. We can fill ourselves up with light by spinning our chakras, not only the major ones but an assortment of the lower ones. This will give us a strong connection with the other side.
We have our I AM Presence and our guides & angels and the ascended masters who are always willing to work with us. No matter what challenges we are being faced with we can make the conscious choice to call in their energy and voice our intents about what we envision for ourselves.
One of the key things to remember in manifesting is to focus on what we desire to happen in our reality and to know it has already happened as soon as we ask for it. This means that we focus on the positive and give gratitude for what we have. The more we focus on what we want to create the more it comes and integrates in our Now moment. It also means that we allow ourselves to see the gifts that the challenges in our life give us in terms of giving us experiences that can help us grow, if we accept the challenge, knowing that when we create the challenge we create the challenge to accompany it.
It is always up to us to own our creations. When we accept we are the divine creators of our reality it is a huge shift in our conscious awareness of who we believe ourselves to be. The negative programming has the dynamic of trying to convince is that there is always something out there who is separate from us that wants to get us. It is up to us to plug into the higher dimensions of reality where we can feel that we are One with the All That Is. We do this by being connected in our heart center.
We, united in love, are One with the All That Is, One with Creator-Source. Let us open up to who we are and how this is the time or our ascension on this planet with our breathing, and let us allow ourselves to be connected in the One heart one Love. We can create the planet of our dreams.

Heavy Metals Removal and Transmutation
If you can think it, you can do it. This is something I heard Meg say many times. She would ask her guidance what negative programming needed to be taken out & she would keep on asking questions until she came up with a program to clear whatever she felt was necessary to take out the negative program.
When one of my clients asked me if I had a way to take out heavy metals and disable their effect on her I felt Meg leaning over my shoulder and knew that she was saying yes. She told me that all I had to do was to ask questions about how to do this and the answers would come. I received information about how to do this and why it is viable to take out the negative programming around the heavy metals.
On one hand you might be saying, “You can’t do this, because heavy metals are poison, they are toxic and you would be correct. The difference here is that people don’t come into contact with heavy metals unless some sort of scheme is being perpetrated against them. Although we think of physicality when we think of heavy metals, the scheme against us was perpetrated in the higher dimensions first. This is where we take out that negative program out and transmute its energy.
Think of how most of us come into contact with them. This would be by having fillings or other dental work put into our mouths. For some of us is it begins when we are exposed to radiation. We don’t need nuclear power, so the choice to have it in our lives, just like the choice to put toxic chemicals into our mouths has an agenda attached to it.
If we have this type of poisoning going on inside of our bodies we are being impinged upon some dark force that is trying to use us for their own purpose, to suck our energy and use it for their own purposes, read mind control and enslavement. If we are continuously exposed to this heavy toxicity we are not going to rise up to our true potential. You can think of using the toxicity of these compounds against us as a type of slow genocide or mind control. When we are affected by this poisoning we will not prosper and grow. Our immune systems will not develop and mature properly.
When we get on in years heavy metal poisoning is at the root of how dementia can overwhelm us and render our minds and bodies useless.
Ormes or Ormus stands for Orbitally-Rearranged Monatomic Elements. It is a monatomic superconductor that is known to have meta-physcial properties that raise the level of human consciousness. It has been perceived as a white powder, processed from gold, which has been referred to as the “the Philosopher’s Stone.”
From my testing the day I was presented with the request to find a way to neutralize and transmute the effects of the heavy metals I found that ORME’s can transmute the effects of the toxicity associated with the heavy metals and in turn raise the level of consciousness within the person who is being cleared.
When we say ORME’s is a super conductor we must ask what is it conducting from. I believe the answer is from the self organizing fields of energy which form the interface between the wave and the particle. This is the place where thoughts and intents become things. So I believe it is with the help of the teams we work with in this removal, which are the angels of Arch Angel Amethyst that we place ORME’s in a key position to re-fortify the sub-atomic structure of the heavy metals, after the violet flame has neutralized the toxicity of the heavy metals.
This is how the person who is co-creating this removal/transmutation has their energy field built and re-fortified with the higher light frequencies of universal, unconditional love, which is at the core of the alchemical composition of ORME’s.

Further Down the Rabbit Hole
By just allowing ourselves to be in the now we give ourselves a cornucopia of gifts, such as the gift of forgiveness, such as using our imagination in how we will create joy without any restrictions. Allow yourself to have the subtle but vast understanding of why we are here and what your purpose is at this time. We are all universal love. We are born into it, we create with it, & we emanate from it. It connects us to one another and this bond, when we direct the energy of this love has unlimited potential in helping us to create manifestations of our deepest desires in our physical reality.
As we traverse the landscape of this most propitious year of 2012 for the unfolding of the evolvement in our game of being human, we are jumping forward and upward by leaps and bounds when we enter yet another gateway, each of these are a shining moment for the intents of our awakening together to proceed on our journey of full consciousness for ourselves and Mother Gaia. We are marching through the halls of antiquity as the many timelines merge and the force and power of all that has proceeded this very moment in time comes together to form a gateway to the other side of this bridge to the 5th dimension.
This has been a journey born of allowing the human will to blossom out in the most dire of circumstances. Many times it may have looked like we would never get back to the place where we would complete the missions that we all volunteered for by playing through these deep and dark polarities. Love has been our ally, our ace in the hole; it has propelled us ever onward and up higher into the realization and knowing that we are all eternal, divine and most assuredly sovereign beings. We all gave permission to play this game of life.
Even though the deck has been stacked against us it is Now time for the injustices to be righted. It is time for the divine decree of heaven to kick in and give us the final push in disassembling the institution’s convoluted manifestations of darkness. They have been like a dark cloud, a wet blanket or a steel trap that has been confounding our plans for realizing our birthright & creating our dreams of happiness and joy.
The lies we have been told are now being exposed, thanks to the most diligent efforts of all of us who have made the choice that we would do what it takes to rise up and help others in their journey to reap the rewards of unlimited and higher consciousness. It hasn’t been an easy or safe journey, but we have never been alone, and now the veil is thinning to such a degree that we can feel a real change in the density of energy that we create with in this hologram.
Let this be a message of celebration in a most profound sense. Let us realize things are about to never be the same. This is going to be a very good time for all of us. Let us come together in the light of love and help one another to bridge this Now moment into the One timeline we are moving toward in this miraculous year of awakening.
We may not think we have a purpose or a role to play. I suggest to you that everytime we allow ourselves to feel joy. Everytime we share that joy, that upliftment of consciousness to others, we are doing our mission in being here at this time. The dark forces that have held us captive for many millenia, those who have made us the prey of fear, are about to exit for good. Knowing that they have played their part and it has brought us to the precipice of this golden age of heaven on earth, instead of judging them, or assaulting them with anger let us shine the lovelight on them.
I ask each of you not to go for the fear that the media and the disciples of the old paradigm will propagate. I ask you to stay centered in your heart and shine out the love that you are. I ask that you allow yourself to be in the Now moment and let any actions or words spring from the eternal fountain of unconditional love that will support others in this monumental shift into the 5th dimension.

The Re-integration of the ego
Maybe you can feel the energies quickening. Maybe you can see things coming up in your reality such as lack, relationships, issues with anger, abandonment, betrayal, addictions concerning yourself & others etc. Now is the time to heal these things. Now is the time for us to forgive the pain around any of these issues.
It is ever so true that the power of love is the highest vibrational healing tool in the universe. This is not romantic love, but universal, unconditional love. It is free and we can bring in as much as we want of it. You see, we can be the one who is calling the shots. The ego, up to this point has been our protector. It has been the mechanism that has addressed the fear that would keep us in line by directing us to do things to respond to the fear signals that our body and brain gave us. This process of the ego has limited us from nurturing ourselves and manifesting the gifts that we are all born with, because fear was the underpinning of how we responded to making our reality.
As we proceed in the process of rising the collective consciousness up into the 5th dimensions we no longer need the ego to run the show. The lower vibrations, that are all fear based, won’t exist in this place that those of us who have given our intent for will be evolving into. Now is the time to re-integrate with the love we all are, the love that is the driving force of all of creation. We call in our inner child and our ego into our heart center. It is here that we connect consciously with our breathing to creator-source. We bring in the energy of love and bathe the ego and inner child with it. We tell the ego that we love them, they have done their job well and led us to this place where love will take this game of duality we have been playing to completion.
We re-integrate the ego into this place of higher inter-dimensional perspective by allowing it to relax in the Now. The power of intent plays a major role in this process, as does our conscious awareness by being the observer and watching our breathing. It is simply enough for us to say what we want to the universe and it is given to us in this now moment. We give our assistants, the unseen beings of light gratitude for this love and guidance.
This simple meditation can help us rebuild the dynamics of how we use the energy that is made available to us. I find that this goes hand in hand with doing the clearings to take back our power. The negative programming has been in league with the dynamics of the ego for such a long time. The need for the ego to be dominant is now gone with the rising up in our levels of consciousness. For all intents and purposes we have graduated the school of duality.
When we take out the mechanisms that we have been imprinted and infected with, such as entities, implants, dogmas, vows, curses, devices, implants and negative programs along with their replicators we make a lot of energy available to ourselves to create the reality that we truly desire. Taking out this negative programming gets us back to the zero point. This is the place of power and it is the truth our being.
Muscle Response Testing (MRT) can play a very wonderful part in this scenario of healing the energies and programs that no longer serve us. We use MRT to validate the responses we get when we ask questions that deal with what needs to be cleared for us to take our power back. The language of the Spirited Clearings helps us to dismantle the web of fear based programming that all of us have been saddled with since birth. We ask what programs have to be taken out and what was their originating lifetime. This allows us to remove them at the starting point, so that they will effectively be transmuted into the higher frequencies. Then we can create with this new energy we have empowered ourselves with.
