Many things that you experience in your life will cause you varying degrees of trauma. Whatever the event that drives you into deep fear and anguish is, it leaves a lasting imprint upon your psyche. The depth of this mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical pain may haunt you for the rest of your life.

We must clear the trauma resulting from being involved in painful events in our lives. We have to relive these events so we can clear them. Many people do not want to subject themselves to feeling helpless and not being in control. That was your past reality, and now you can make your intentional requirements to clear the pain.

Being in control of your life is an illusion. The element of control comes in when you are so afraid that you want to run away forever so that you never again have to feel that pain of being so violated.

Every time we choose to run from the negative energies, that are responsible for these traumatic events we are giving our power away. When we are the compassionate observer and maintain a state of neutrality we are holding the line. We are holding our heads up high. We are maintaining balance within the 4 bodies of our being in very demanding situations.

Yes, everything we experience on the material plane is a hologram. It is an illusion, but knowing this doesn’t make our pain any less real unless we agree to clear it by intentionally requiring that we free ourselves from the fear and separation we felt during this Event that caused us such deep trauma.

When we are faced with having to relive the events that have caused us extreme fear we want to give our energy to what we resonate with as the Truth. Fear and separation don’t align with the Truth of who we are and what our true divine, sovereign nature is.

When trauma becomes the problem that we are dealing with, we may feel that we constantly need to be in a safe space, but if we choose to go into our imprint as the safe space, then we are giving our power away.

It is a challenge for us because our imprint tells us that new experiences aren’t safe. Our egos are constantly saying that they are protecting us, but this is not true because our egos are programmed to keep us locked down in low vibration.

I think of the ego as a spokesperson for our 3-D Matrix negative mind control programming. It is designed to keep us running around the proverbial mulberry bush in circles rife with fear and separation.

We have to be heart-centered. Then we can rise up in frequency & vibration, & allow ourselves to be in the Now moment. We can form a narrative that resonates with the Truth of who we are as divine, sovereign beings of love & light.

Love is the strongest force in all of Creation. You may feel that you have been targeted because of the trauma that you have experienced in your life. No, you are not the target. That type of thinking is just a part of your imprint of the 3-D Matrix negative mind control programming.

The thoughts you think, the words you say, your actions, feelings, and choices create your reality. We need to be neutral so that we don’t let ourselves be triggered.

The more that we can be in the Now moment at zero point in these energies, feeling the attributes of being on the new 5^th Dimensional Timeline, the easier it will be for us to rise above the lower vibrations where the acts of trauma were created, and be in the 5^th Dimension where we invite thoughts to come in which will give us the answers we are looking for because in these high frequencies of love & light it is easy for us to connect with our I AM Presence, and Guidance Team, who are constantly intending for us to listen to their Guidance, but they can’t do it for us. We have to meet them at least halfway, where we can be in the 5^th Dimension & beyond.

Our I AM Presence and Guidance Team have been with us from the start, in all of our incarnations throughout the Cosmos, and not just on this Beloved Planet.

They were able to wear you down by creating false flag events even way back when particularly around this time of the last fall of Atlantis. That is where we see your DNA being mutated, and you merging the power that you had of being in the 5^th Dimension,

 

But now because of your meditations and intentional requirements, the love in your heart that you express each and every day with your loved ones, with your friends, and complete strangers, and using your intentional requirements when you are praying, meditating, or just letting go singing your song, dancing, and being in the Now moment, being in nature. Beloveds yes, we are shining our love & light into your hearts in these high frequencies. We are seeing the Truth unfold. Yes, there are many plans that are playing out at this time. There are some false flag elements to this process, such as the 2 planes that went down, and both having to do with the sacrifice of these people who died in conjunction with the Super Bowl being played.

 

This way of orchestrating events has been the crux of the control systems of this Cabal for a long time, for thousands upon thousands of years. Now Beloveds, it is only being used to reveal how they have constructed this 3-D Matrix negative mind control programming with all of its systems and devices against Humanity, to control Humanity on your Beloved Planet. They are walking into something that they can never return from because all of their actions are being shown for what they really are. The acts of a desperate criminal organization that has many different cults, but it is all based on control systems using fear & separation against Humanity.

 

So that you are in a continuous loop of doing your best to survive, but they have constructed the reality that has made survival such a tedious task. Now this system of control is being removed because the Truth is being revealed. One of these Truths is that advanced technologies have been hidden from you. They just have to be released. They are all there. The only stoppage of that access is the control system of the Cabal.

The Truth of who you really are is that this on the material plane that you experience is a hologram. It is an illusion, and the Truth of who you really are is that you are of the highest frequencies of love & light. Beloveds, yes, so much is shaking up on your Beloved Planet. More & more of the Truth is being told, but it is being told in a way that delineates why all of these things have been happening the way that they have for a very long time.

 

Now the exposure of secrets reveals how you have been manipulated by those secrets for ages upon ages, on your Beloved Planet. Just in the context of your lifetime, you can see the disparity between the stories the government was giving you, and what was really going on that brought your present situation to where it is right now. There is the threat your United States will be taken over and turned into a Communist Country. Many other countries have been taken over. In those countries the manipulations of the secret organizations, and many times this has been the CIA doing these things, all over the world, doing these deeds that promulgated this one world order because yes, the Cabal wants to take over your whole world.

 

About a hundred & fifty years ago, it was Napoleon, and in the 1930’s it was Hitler, who wanted to rule the world. Then you have had other tyrants and despots promulgating wars to seize more power, but all along there have been secrets that have been kept from you about why those wars were really happening, and now the Truth is coming out.
