It is designed to keep me trapped in low frequency & vibration.

The ego is the spokesperson for my 3-D Matrix negative programming. IE: my imprint.

Fear & Separation are a lie.

Love is the Truth of who I am as a divine, cosmic, sovereign being of love & light.

Remember to breathe into the Truth of this checklist. You can use it in a meditation any time you like to recalibrate.

Breathe into the energies of this statement: Love Is All There Is.

 

It is necessary for you to be heart-centered by breathing into your high-heart center, and allowing yourself to be the compassionate observer of your thoughts, words, actions, choices & and the outcomes of your choices.

Unconditional/Universal Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, & Gratitude are the keys to your salvation.

Everything on the Material Plane is a hologram. We all created the hologram in our collective consciousness to help us co-create our reality on the material plane.

When you engage and express higher levels of compassion and responsibility, you are transmitting the power of love into the collective consciousness. You are doing it for all of Humanity.

It takes courage to be heart-centered, but it is necessary for you to connect through the higher dimensions with Creator-Source. Your heart is a portal to the other side through the higher dimensions of reality.

Whenever you are feeling yourself spiraling down into low frequency & vibration, it is helpful to tell yourself to stop, be in the Now moment, breathe into your high-heart center, call in any beings of light to help you center, ground, and balance.

Remember that each test & challenge that you encounter is a divine opportunity to bring in more love & light by raising the level of your frequency and vibration.

You are the Ground Crew. Your mission is to raise the level of the collective consciousness of Humanity.

Guilt & fear mongering allow the 3-D Matrix systems, networks, devices, and delivery systems to drag you down in low frequency & vibration so these negative energies can feed off of you. You and all of Humanity are best served when you are starving the 3-D Matrix negative mind control programming.
